With the weather being so much nicer this past week - we have frequented some of the nearby parks and played in the backyard a lot.On Friday, we invited friends to come along and we had a fantastic time playing all together. I got to be the one spinning around the merry-go-round thingy a lot and got a good workout and pretty dizzy! Every time I needed a break, I got a chorus of, "MORE! FASTER!"

We love that park for the 4th of July parade. We set up our chairs on the grass near the street and then let the kids play on the playground until the parade begins. The bathrooms nearby are a bonus! Then we play again until the roads clear so we can go home. Last year we were the last ones left at the park. It's a fun one!
Looks like you guys are enjoying the dry weather. How fun. What a great idea about the recipe book. I may have to borrow that one.
