Blogger is driving me crazy
Does anyone know how to make hard returns work on blogger? It's so hit or miss. I just tried 4 times adding hard returns in so my most recent entry isn't one long continuous paragraph. I finally went into the html mode and got the hard returns, but have the align center words in the blog. Ahhhh - so annoying!

It does the same to me and I have NO idea how to fix it. I even looked in the html and could not figure it out. I ended up doing this:
the cat
*
the dog
so that I had a separation of the two paragraphs. It actually does not look too bad, but it is still annoying. If you figure it out, let me know. :)
You have been a busy girl. I can't believe bill worked that long. HE always had the worst work schedule. poor guy. hope to see you in july.
I have this issue if I work in the post editor. I prefer to email my posts and they almost always post as I formatted them in the email. But if I later add photos or mess around in post editor I often end up with a blob post. Not always, but enough to drive me crazy. I like Blogger, but the post editor isn't very "rich" in features and even in HTML there's issues...as you said.
Have you tried adding an extra line break when you are in the edit HTML section?
stands for line break. To get a blank line you'll need two.
Hahaha. It won't post my HTML code as text, it just followed the command. I should have known.
< br > withOUT the spaces is the code for line break.
< br > < br > will give you two line breaks (or in other words an empty line before your next test.
BTW - it's worth trying to ad an extra line break (three) if two won't work. Might work.
Sorry, can't help you. Apperently, I couldn't even get your blog to refresh, but I got it all figured out now. =) Silly me.
