SpongeBob sings a song on one of his episodes that we sing sometimes and this day fit well with the words, "It's the best day eveeeerrr!" The girls are so cute - simple pleasures. They seriously thought this was the best day ever and so did I. The weather was HOT and nothing sounded better to them then getting soaked on the slip and slide. The other thing that made this the best day ever was that daddy got to come home early in the day!! A RARE treat! It was supposedly a holiday for Intel workers (July 3), but we know better than to get our hopes up for days off these days. So when daddy walked in the door at 10:30 a.m. we all shouted for joy! Right behind Sarah and Angela is the spot where we tore out some huge shrubs that were looking terrible. I forgot to get a picture of that big project!
