We have been looking forward to a visit from my family this month. It always goes by way too fast, but we pack in as much as we can and always have lots of food, laughs and good quality time together. Even if it does rain almost the whole visit!Grandma, grandpa and Chrissy were welcomed by this lovely sign on our door saying, "Welcome grandparents! (Chrissy, I remember you)" We haven't seen Christine since last August and boy have the girls missed her!
Unfortunately, Christine's and our spring breaks didn't line up together. So the girls had school Mon. Tues and Wed. of the visit. They came home with big smiles every afternoon and got a big welcome home hug from grandma and/or grandpa right off the bus.
Angela wasn't feeling good Sunday morning and was very cuddly. She couldn't get enough of grandmas hugs to help her feel better. This picture was taken while we were trying to eat brunch. Angela kept reaching over for a hug. She and grandma were making up for all the hugs they don't get to have because we live far away. Grandma couldn't eat her food for a while because of all the hugging, but I don't think she minded much. (o:
Angela did a lot of puzzles during the visit. Grandpa loves doing puzzles too - they had fun working together on this hobby they have in common!
Ahhh, we've missed you Christine!! (o: You always make us happy!
